Early Access code - Wrong Region

You know... I have NO ea code! Nothing, nada! And all because I didn't pre-order my game at one the 'affiliated' shops....

I can whine about it (and I just realised I just kind of did), but I can also just patiently wait until Tuesday. And this is something I will definitely have to do... It's unfortunate, but not insuperable...

Is it really so bad to wait a few days?

I could just as easily have saved the cash for a company who pays attention enough to not make large mistakes over and over again.

My code is also for the EU region even though all of me accounts are labeled NA. I have been waiting forever for a reply from their automated emailing service.

Why did I even bother pre-ordering it when I can't even play.

Yeah its sad.. & there's no customer service on the weekend so you'll have to wait until Monday for a shot @ 1 day of EA or hope someone has an NA code to trade..

You'd think seeing SE created the codes, it would be easier if we just gave SE our Promo codes and the bad Region code.. then have them E-mail (or live chat) a good region code and problem solved -.- Even if I don't get into EA I still want my in-game items from these codes.

Not having customer service the weekend of your scheduled early access seems pretty short sighted. That is a disgusting lapse in judgement. I would have thought they would want to make sure nothing like this happened when re-creating a flop. Why risk alienating more players?
