So get this. I just ordered an NA copy from the Square Enix store so try and get my service added.
Took my money and didn't even confirm the purchase. Didn't get an email to confirm it and my account hasn't even registered the fact that I bought it.
Another £20 down the drain...

I got my code from http://preorder.eu.finalfantasyxiv.com but apparently it gave me an NA key because its not working with my EU account? .__.
(im from the na but my account was registered to eu lol. Not a big deal since here since everything works fine)

Can't believe they have zero official presence in their own forums on the day of launch.
I've never heard of such a thing. Even in the epic launch disasters I've participated previously, there were always a couple employees there to try to calm the crowd.
Hey Slaghton we can swap codes if you want! I have the same problem in the opposite direction.. Got NA account by accident and cant register my EU code now..
I got the NA PC code when I need the EU PC one. Someone wants to trade?
