    It let me order a new copy with my email. Only problem is I messed up my password not realizing it was same as members site, so now it's not letting me log in for several minutes to enter my shiny new NA code :P

    I was hoping this joke of support would get their crap together and do some proper fixing of the issues that their stupid, convoluted system caused without resorting to re-ordering the game. At least I know to expect sub-par service from them in the future.

    Before I go, I got another response from their support about the issue. It was the same response as the one I got yesterday.
