In my case, I pre-ordered directly from Square Enix. I registered my 18 digit pre-order code on the 19th. I didn't receive any errors or anything and was taken to a screen that said Success! and promised to email me my early access codes on the 20th. There was no 20 digit code on that screen.

I have not received any emails with the 20 digit code. I've checked my inbox, spam folder, and trash to verify. I called Square Enix yesterday for help and all the guy could tell me was to wait, that the errors would be fixed soon, and he seemed to have no interest in me telling him that I didn't receive any errors and that my problem wasn't the same as the Error 3 group.

I'm now at a point where I'm getting very nervous. I worry that there is no email coming because their system thinks it already sent me one on the 19th. By the time I know whether I'll receive the email or not, Square Enix customer service will already be closed for the weekend (Seriously, who starts early access when their customer service line isn't available?) so I won't be able to call and say I didn't receive them.

Is there any suggestions on how I can get past the unhelpful bottleneck that is Square Enix customer service and actually get some help?
some people have mentioned yesterday that it took about 2 hours to get the email. Please be patient
