Name change flaw

I dont know where to post this... Beta forums are down and i cant make a new thread in in-game bugs so here it is...

I changed my 1.0 characters name and then went to load on the server. It said that their was 137 people in front of me trying to get on the server and then it disconnected me and my characters appearance was saved but the name did not save.

SE can you please allow me to redo my name since the changes were not saved? Thank you for listening to us. I played 1.0 and intend to play ARR until the end. Thank You

I wonder if this issue is still there.
