We do know that we are getting an auto attack and that around this time we are getting the 2 mnths of battle adjustment as well as the dungeon content as well as more quests etc. so there is a good chance that 1.17 is the start of our battle adjustments since we see they are going to increase the size of effects. As well as change the incon also.

I much rather do wait and see instead of ppl over speculating things and being dissapointed.

Everyone knows about that, but I mean what are they actually testing in the upcoming patch. before they released 1.16a, they had almost exactly what they released in the 'testing in progress' Forum, so we all knew more detailed of what to expect. thats what we want to see.
