if nothing helps we could trade. I need an EU code and all i get is the NA one (RAAU) ;__;I live in NA, pre-ordered from the NA SE store, my account is NA (I hope?), but i keep getting the EU 20 digit code. I've also gotten 20 identical emails and counting from Square Enix(EU) with said code. Tried email support, and they sent some nonsense about beta codes. Phone support keeps telling me to wait till the next day, but I'm afraid time is running out (got work all day tomorrow.) Can someone higher up please clear this up for us?
Update: I now have 50+ emails from Square. They must REALLY want me to use that EU code lmao.
Update #2: Could I just cancel my current pre-order, and purchase a new one? Would i get refunded?
Update #3: Losing hope. If you have a NA code you can't use, I will trade you my EU code (PC): email me at dsiegel2113@gmail.com
I will wait till tomorrow (well actually after i get some sleep, kinda late here xD) if SE support replies to my ticket. If you still need one let me know here.
