iirc it's based off your max level character.
edit: the forum status says it's based off the main character you linked the forum to.

Just checking to see if my Avatar shows up![]()
Game On!

Anyone haave any idea why my legacy character wasn't in the list of characters for me?

I was very confused by the interface for this. I selected my character, hit save changes, nothing happened.
Eventually I realized:
Click character so the background changes to brown: Nothing happens.
Click the little star icon so it turns yellow: Main character selected.
It's not very intuitive. The highlight is misleading.

I have a question!
When I visited the lodestone (http://lodestone.finalfantasyxiv.com/pl/index.html) and logged-in with my account name and password (same as one entered for the PS3 beta), I was informed by a notice stating, "There are no characters on this FINAL FANTASY XIV service account. Use of the Lodestone requires an account with at least one character."
Can anyone advise on this? My character is selected on these forums, and there is definitely character data. Is there something I'm unaware of, or something I should do to gain access to the lodestone? Apologies if this is the wrong place to post this inquiry.
Lodestone is full of old data, you need to wait till they launch the new version with the start of offiical service.I have a question!

Lessens my worries on potential problems even before the game begins.
I was trying to find where I read about when the new one starts, and here is the link to where I see it
http://na.beta.finalfantasyxiv.com/l...127/blog/4901/
Also I noticed there is a Lodestone button in the top banner of the forum.
This just redirects back to the forum at the moment, but I expect that will be updated when Lodestone 2.0 goes live.

They are class levels. If they are blank maybe you have only leveled one class during beta?Hi guys,
When I registered to this forum, the first thing they ask is to select my main character in order to be able to access the forum. Couple of questions:
1. What are those 3 drop down boxes? By default, the left drop down box was selected, in my case I got a number "2". What is that? Also, what about the middle and right drop down boxes? I leave those two blanks for now.
2. I'm planning to create another character later, am I able to change my main character in the future?
3. Will I be able to change my profile picture?
Plz advise.
Thx
