I've been having the EU/NA code problem for days, got one unhelpful support email back (which said it was working fine.)
So, I try calling, and it's just a busy signal. No queue or anything.
This is beyond absurd.

Keep on trying! It took me about 5 tries before it wasn't a busy signal. I'm in the same predicament as you![]()
