Me either, I couldn't load my benchmark data in P4 that I spent hours perfecting. I would have really liked to have a second shot at it.

Did you guys make reports through the support center prior to now? I recommend that everyone needing to reset their 1.0 import make a report, that way SE's aware it's an issue people are stressing about. Be clear that you need a reset of your character to fix the problem, or mention specifically what it is you need to change that a name/appearance change alone won't fix.

There might not be an official response or solution for a while, though. In the meantime, make fresh characters to pass the time and don't touch your 1.0 characters.

I submitted a ticket before on their support site with Square-enix ID included and every formality.
Re-submitted a similar ticket in-game to their Bug section.

Hopefully its often occurred issue with everyone that they'll respond.

I submitted a ticket IG, I got a response, they told me they knew there is an issue with this fonctionnality and they are working on it, I hope we will get our second chance soon.

Indeed. Character Data was not available for me nor my friend when logging into our 1.0 characters to redesign them. I am glad they are working with us. (I hope)

I think they have other problems atm (like instanced quests still not working)

I hope SE would find a way for us who made a mistake in the character creation screen to go back and redo everything (including changing starting city)
