If they will reset those characters who had problems in beta 4, why wouldn't they reset ours as well? I don't think there are lot of people out there that want their char wiped, so it's a matter of.. 10, maybe 20 characters?
They won't reset any chars, they will allow ppl a recustomization who had problems with that graphic bug.

Awww they brought that stupid 1000 char limit...
