SE i made a mistake when logging in phase 4..Please revert my char!

I was not assuming anything. I know from experience what SE support will and won't do, and one thing they won't do is let you change your character. There was a BUG and ISSUE acknowledged by the dev team and for THIS SPECIFIC reason they are allowing SPECIFIC PEOPLE AFFECTED BY THE ISSUE to fix certain things. But if you picked the wrong thing by mistake or just aren't happy with it, they are not going to change it for you.

It's not SE's fault some people are too hasty with making important, longer-term decisions.

Sorry but I'm not the genius that some of you rude posters are. I clicked my main 1.0 char and expected to go to character creation, ONE CLICK, just one and my lev 21 conj is now a war....

You were given a notice prior to proceeding to character creation. I'm not trying to call you stupid or anything, let's be clear, but I'm not sure how you think you could "turn your lev 21 conj into a war" with one click. It takes several clicks to get through character creation whether it's a new or an old character.

We were told waaaaaaaay before now that city and starting class are now linked.

I'm sorry. I really don't mean to offend you, but at the same time i find what you're saying difficult to understand / believe.

The Phials are given during your first month of subscribing.
I'm guessing following the directions to use that is difficult too...
Don't forget to read carefully that ONCE YOU USE IT YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO CHANGE IT AGAIN
(If someone messes this up, they were either in a rush or just didn't read like the majority of people who did when phase 4 started)

Hiya : ) I logged in and chose one of my 2 1.0 chars (both around level21) well I clicked on the conj char and boom it started me with some default setting to Uldah with a war. There was no going to char creation or anything just boom the cut scene started and no way to turn back. It never asked me anything. I am not stupid but over the last 20 years I've kindof gotten used to at least a couple of choices when you click on something. I'm just not smart enough I guess.
