Those are given out for special events. They aren't just handed out every time someone wants to change their character.

If you're looking to be civil why bother posting in a thread you're so obviously against? It doesn't even affect you if the OP gets a chance to re-customize or not. Why bother coming into the thread saying "no they won't" when obviously, ultimately you could be wrong, as you are in this case. If you wanna be civil, then set an example. And FYI, my manners have been just as civil as yours despite the fact that we obviously disagree.
