SE i made a mistake when logging in phase 4..Please revert my char!

I hope SE would find a way for us who made a mistake in the character creation screen to go back and redo everything (including changing starting city)

Still waiting on a response to this. Though, they're really not responding to anything atm, probably running around like chickens with their heads cut off amid all the server problems.

On page 2 of the JP general there's a a thread regarding changing starting cities with 4 pages of replies (which is kind of a lot on their forums, they're much less active in posting). So, we're not the only ones that had that and other problems importing our 1.0 characters. Hopefully they'll address these problems eventually, since it does matter to quite a few players across all regions.

Still no response to this other than the one notice like a week ago in the support center and automated GM messages, while quite understandable it would still be rather nice to get a status update ^^

Bump. Now that reps are starting to answer questions, maybe we can get an answer to this? Still no word on just the name+appearance change, let alone starting cities, birthsigns, and whatever else people want a second chance to edit.

Yeah it would be nice to see a response to this especially with the news on the veteran rewards, most NA players will have to wait a while before we can get a phial of fantasia

I sent in a ticket 3 days ago about not being able to use benchmark data. No response yet if it entitles me to a remake or not. Although I can't even login to do a character recreate if they allowed it lol.

I wasn't able to use the character creation benchmark either - there just wasn't an option to use it when I logged in to phase 4 so I had to try to start from scratch.
This whole phase 4 to Early Access to Release Date was all just a blur to me - I got to see the game for a very short time due to all the errors. Can I have a redo SE?

yeah I've sent in tickets since i first logged in during phase 4 but haven't gotten anything but automated responses

I had trouble loading (meaning I couldn't) my character creation data when I went to re-customize my character. It didn't result in much difference, but there was some. I would probably utilize a re-do but it's not necessary.

Bumping this again. I have never been able to rename my 1.0 character (Indy). I didn't know Miqo'te lore when the game launched and would really, really like to have a proper racial name!
