I wouldn't panic too much since you have your account info (I assume since you're able to be on the forums), and they will probably do a transfer to the new system. I expect more information on the Mog Station in the next few days as well as account information details (I only saw one post on the beta forums by a Dev, so not too much is known). The service is scheduled to start August 27.
