No Collectors Edition items?? (PS3/PSN)

I preordered a PSN version of the Collectors Edition but when I went to the client on PS3, it only showed I had the Mog Cap and Cait Sith Doll. Where's my Collectors Edition items?? Does it not show when it's linking your service accounts or do I legitimately not have them at all?

At PS Store checkout, it says that you'll receive CE items, as well as the pre-order items. Go to https://account.sonyentertainmentnet...m/login.action, it says under your account information that you have the CE, the regular copy, and the early access copy, as well as the CE items and the CE PS3 theme. They won't show up on your PS3 until Early Access is over, and the client is updated to the release day version.

So on Sony Account Management it should at least say I own the Collector Edition now? Or just Early Access? Early access is listed saying it has Mog Cap and Cait Sith, but Collectors Edition isn't listed at all.

At least the early codes worked now. Just need to be able to play my 1.0 Legacy account on PS3 and hopefully get my Collectors Edition stuff.
