Thread: Colour Selection menus are difficult to determine their colours - Colourblind

I have a big issue trying to determine the colours I'm selecting in colour selection menus, even with colourblind filters.

I have the one ingame set to a level that does indeed help me alot for things like AoE markers and other general world encounters, however I struggle....STRUGGLE to determine what colour I'm selecting for hair, makeup, etc in character creation screens.

It would be a massive help if the menus were redesigned or if I hover over a colour with my mouse, it tells me the colour/shade.

Changing the background doesn't really help either, especially the limsa background, the Lighting makes reds look brown, etc.


tl:dr - I'm colourblind, colour menus are hard, please make it easier to determine which colour I am highlighting/selecting.

In the meantime.... Are you using an eyedropper colour-recognition tool? There are a few that place a second overlay on the screen and list out the hex + pantone name of the colour under the mouse.

Iv been using a mix of the nvidia freestyle filter with the ingame cb settings which helps in fights like P3S but i haven't dabled with a recog tool yet.
