Mog station?

Okay well i updated the client and i get this message

"No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.

Proper registration through the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station is required.

* Users participating in early access must also complete registration by August 30, 2013. Using the code enclosed with your package, please complete registration through the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station.

Theres 2 links on there, NA and EU. Well ive tried both (im eu) and it gives the wrong format code (5 x 4 digit code) opposed to (xxxxxx-xxx-xxxxxx-xxx) Whats going on and how do i fix it?

The 5x4 code is the 20 digit code you get from SE after successfully using your 18 digit code from the place you pre ordered the game.

NA go here : http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com

Use your 18 digit code on that link and it will give you a 20 digit code you need to enter on another page and you will have early access and get rid of the "No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.'' message

I have the same issue but I'm a legacy. How am I suppose to get a 5x4 code when I don't have a 18 digit code?

I can't access the site to enter my 20 digit code, can anyone send me a link just to be sure IM not screwing this up... PLEEEEEAAASSEEE!!.. and thank you
