Yes you can. PS3, PS4 and PC all share the same servers.

When you enter your Early Access code the website asks on which platform you want to use it. Even Square Enix themselves said that if you wanted early access as a 1.0 player ( not legacy ) you needed to purchase the PS3 version and apply the code to the PC platform.
I have done this and i am now going to play the early access on my PC, with my PS3 code.
How or where do you see if your EA code has been added to your account for PC
I understand its real easy to see for ps3 but I have been to a few different SE account sites I don't see it, I see my 2 accounts with just the option of cancel next to them but nothing else.. I am just looking for the correct website to view account status please

It's probably just a question of them activating your account. You shouldn't really need an extra code based on what they've been saying.

I'm having this issue on PS3.

I get the same thing but not the Proper registration through the Final Fantasy XIV: Mog Station is Required.

If I am Legacy with 1.0 CE, but registered a new CE PS3 code does that mean I won't be able to log onto PC?
Mew!

The new account management site is not up yet. Only way to confirm EA right now is to log in to the launcher of whatever version you applied your EA code for. If you can log in and it says "Please wait until the start of the early access period or official launch to access the game.", you have EA access.

This sucks... I tried logging in on PS3 and it says no valid account. I can update on this PC though. Problem is, my PC is broken and I am using a rental PC that won't run the game. The other problem is that SE keeps giving me an invalid PS3 code. Looks like I may not be able to play early access o.O
