Hmm... I think I may have screwed up on this.
I pre-ordered the PS3 CE so I could get the items (I'd already purchased the 1.0 CE and had to get the PS3 one, etc).
When I applied the code, I applied it for PS3 - which seemed logical to me since that's the version I'd purchased, and the whole ordeal was based on not being able to add a second CE code to my existing account...
I applied the code, received the new code from SE (which was 12 characters long, not the 20 as reported by PC pre-orders). I logged into my Playstation Network account and applied it there (once I found where to do so, which wasn't easy). So, now the PSN account registers that I have the pre-order access, items and all this.
I linked my PSN account to my SE account, so that should be set.
Only now when I log into my SE account, while it shows that I'm registered for ARR (which happened once I successfully submitted the code from my pre-order), it says nothing anyhwhere about the Cait Sith or other pre-order bonus being applied.
So... I have no idea if it should say that, if I'm looking in the wrong place (there's so many different places to login, leading to different info...).. or what...
Did I screw something up? If so, is there a way to rectify it?
I don't understand why this process is so convoluted lol.

Join the club I hope I get mine as well I think there will be alot of complaining with these preorder items when half get them and some dont ~_~;Only now when I log into my SE account, while it shows that I'm registered for ARR (which happened once I successfully submitted the code from my pre-order), it says nothing anyhwhere about the Cait Sith or other pre-order bonus being applied.

So, I have CE from 1.0 with a legacy character but no legacy account. I preordered the PS3 version and received my EA code and downloaded my PS3 client. I also participated in all of the beta phases including the last one. During the last one, I redid my legacy character, received the 3102 on my legacy character and created a new character so I could play on a different server while they sorted the 3102 out. Now that I'm trying to get the PS3 version setup, it asks me to confirm my options and my legacy character isn't showing up in the confirmation dialogue, only my new character I made while I was having the 3102 problems is showing up. Anyone else having this problem?
Also, I'm going to be able to play in EA on both PC and PS3 correct?
Weird thing is, I see my legacy character when I'm logged in here. WTF, lol.
<---Look, there he is!
My old legacy character (before I renamed and changed sexes) shows up when I login to lodestone though. So confused.

Registering the EA to a platform will only give EA access to that platform not both

So down the road when I get a new PS3 (currently don't have a working one), and log in, I'll be able to log in with my current account (from 1.0, etc), I'll have the pre-order items on that one... But if I log into that same account on PC... they won't be there?
They're bound to the platform, not to the account?

Oh, I get early access regardless, as I'm a Legacy player (blah blah blah).. I'm all setup and ready to go on the PC setup.
I'm just concerned about getting the bonus items heh.
