Keep in mind I'm brand new, but during Beta Phase 4 I saw we had around 12 or so on during peak hours. I think our max at the time was 20, but I think it'll be more than that. Like I said, I'm new though, so don't take that in stone. I'll direct one of the officers back in to give you a more accurate answer.
