Not really.
Check the NA and JP Duty Finder groups. With Lich there are now 6 EU labeled servers compared to around 25 JP servers per group and 20ish NA servers per group. If those server groups don't get congested during JP and NA prime time, the a lot fewer EU labeled servers certainly wouldn't be getting congested. This is just going to make it harder for EU players to get groups during early time periods.
Hey Reinheart, I looked for you in game, but it must be early for you (I'm Eastern). I had a question. I received my Before Meteor in the mail today (finally!). The entire insides are in Japanese. I redeemed my Wind Up Dalamud minion because it was obvious - there was a picture of it ^^. But there is another slip of paper that looks like a code. It appears that I would redeem it at SE Members, but not sure. It is in this format: XXX#-XXX#-XXXX-XXXX. I think the NA SE Members has different code types. Would this then be a JP only redemption, and if so, is it just really to "register" my copy at SE Members? It is on a slip of paper a little larger than the size of a business card. If you need to I can post a pic later. Let me know, thanks, and feel free to /poke or /befriend me in game!![]()
Haven't been on yet today (still at work) and couldn't make it yesterday, got home at 5pm PDT and maintenance started ><
I'll be on tonight for sure!
I think that's the SE members point, you get it with every SE game/CD and with those points you get goodies and stuff.
I never used any of the codes... it's all inside all my game cases since I was thinking I wouldn't be able to get the goods from Japan living in the US.
Don't think you can apply those SE member points to NA account, can you? I never tried it O.O

Yep thought so... Got a friend who buys both JP and NA versions of all SE games released and he got all these SE goodies like bumper sticker, license plate covers, back packs and always wanted but couldn't afford to buy both versions myself lol.
For the news on repair costs, they could have just made Dark Matter gatherable again instead of reducing repair costs and Dark Matter costs. But I guess this way there's still a gil sink, even if its smaller.
Yep I agree with you, I actually posted on JP forums to bring back dark matter from gathering nodes and also bring back request for repair option. I know you can't physically hand over items like 1.x due to item binding but they could probably come up with a method used for request for materia binding for repairs.
