Sure, someone could just post the same thing on the JP side and hope it reaches the devs faster that way...
Yeah (supposedly). But what the reps aren't doing is making our feedback known to the JP community and bringing them in on our conversations. I think that would go a long way in helping the devs get a better understanding on the issues at hand.
