EU/NA Worlds not updateing for me on my PC version

It's not a in-game bug, but I wasn't sure where to post this problem.

I don't know if I'm the only one with this issue, but when I log in and hit start to load up my character, I get the message "EU/NA worlds update failed" and I only have the JP worlds available to me. I've made my character on the NA server Gilgamesh, as my avatar states, and I live in WI. It don't get more NA than that.

My PS3 version works fine and all worlds load up and I can select my character from Beta 4 no problem and runs smooth as silk, but I wana play on my PC and can't because none of the NA/EU worlds will load up on that client for me.

I was hoping this would resolve itself after I was done with jujitsu classes, but nope, still persists. Anyone else with this issue? Can a dev comment on this? Is it a problem from my end or is it something with the PC client that's causing this problem?

Servers are undergoing maintenance so that they can fix issues with Duty Finder and special instances. Expected back up in 2 hours times.
