DX11 version is going to be released as a separate client per article heading.
DX11 will be coming out after PS4 version, their milestone is about 6 month each so, guessing PS4 is Feb for beta testing so maybe around August/September next year. (My Guess)
DX11 - to play with the maximum settings it will probably require 3xTITAN graphic card to run in 60 FPS

PS4 release - YoshiP wants the PS4 version released about a month after the Beta test starting Feb 22nd.

Yeah it says in here that it will but much more than that the current Highest Settings available, they don't want to rely on custom shaders and all that since DX11 supports.

When you say maxed out, is this including 4K Rez?

I play on 1080p, I should be fine with my 7800 Series if that's the case.

They also mention 4K is already working and shown at TGS so it would work with the DX11 version also.
