Rep Post 08/22/13 - Early Access concern

Some players entered the pre-order code but isn’t showing up when opening the launcher app and are worried that it could be because they applied for PS3 version during beta and that is somehow causing an error on the account management system.

動画投稿及び配信サイトでの生放送許諾が製品版開始時からと告知されていますが、
アーリーアクセスの時点で適用されるのでしょうか？
それとも本来の発売日である8/27からなのでしょうか？
It is said that the video uploads on video sites and live broadcast starts from product release but does this apply at the timing of Early Access or will it start from the official sale date of 08/27?

アーリーアクセス期間中も引き続き動画の公開を行うことはできません。
著作物の利用については、こちらをご確認ください。
ただし、アーリーアクセス期間中に動画を撮影していただくことは問題ありませんが、公開は正式サービス以降になりますので十分ご注意ください。
NDA is still in effect and even during the Early Access timing you are not allowed to release any videos.
In regards to copyright usage, please check this link (link above).
However, you there is no problem in recording video’s during the Early Access, just remember that those videos can only be released post official launch.
