So question I just got blizzard 3 should I be using blizz 3 and fire 3 to move between UI and AF? Instead of transpose? Since both spells put me into UI 2 and AF 2 straight away.

gives you level 3 AF, UI right away. so you should use blizzard3 and fire3 for UI <-> AF switching purpose, yes.
