So question I just got blizzard 3 should I be using blizz 3 and fire 3 to move between UI and AF? Instead of transpose? Since both spells put me into UI 2 and AF 2 straight away.

Yes, with 3 Stacks UI/AF (lvl 40) you also get an 50% casttime boost for the next fire/ice spell. (UI for fire/AF for ice)

So you can switch pretty fast between AF and UI with Fire3/Blizz3. (+ some extra damage)

Tip: with some good timing (or button smashing :P) you can have 2! fire spells with 50% decreased casttime.
