I wasnt saying wait a tick, just click it and start casting Blizzard 3. By the time its done casting, you'll get a tick of MP, go to Full Umbral, and pretty much go right back into rotation.

It's not optimized with way. You lost 2.5 sec (GCD after transpose) and you lost the "reduce Blizzard cost" because unlike you said it in the first msg, you only get the reduced cost if you cast a spell on the opposite buff. Casting blizzard 3 on Umbral 1-3 wont reduce anything.

I said *IF needed*. I remember Garuda being a pain for ACC. Having to stack more than usual for her as compared to anything else. Its nice to have that extra boost to avoid a resist when other CDs are popped or during a burn phase.

Again, no. It's 10000000 times better to NEVER count on it. Get a gear with enough acc all the time.
