Client Issue with PS3

Considering the PC version only ask for the service account and not characters in specific. I believe all your account related items will appear on all characters. My understanding of how it works is that it binds to a specific character from the PS3 which tells SE site that you have said bonus and automatically set a record of it on your account manager which probably then sends all the items to all your characters via moogle.

Of course is not confirmed, but is only logical that if PC players get to all it on all characters PS3 will have the same perks.

I guess everyone has already noticed this, but our main character is still there when we log into the game. So, I guess the reason why the other character was showing under "Option" was just to show that we had more than one playable character registered on our account.

Furthermore, the character that was listed for me "Kenshiro Al'ateg" was already deleted lol. I just can't get it why was it there when I was registering ...

Hi Bosaif, I have a similar issue but my legacy character show ups on my account service 1 but it said I did not link properly the account and cannot use my character on the ps3. So I have a question how did you re-register so I can properly link my account?

I can't promise you to give you the right answer since I myself in confusion lol Well, which page your having a problem with? is it where you have to choose between the account listed (which is ticked and you may choose NEXT to proceed to next step) OR creating a new account?

If so, I've chosen NEXT and had the previous character "ticked"!

I accidentally click create new service on your 3rd picture. I was wondering if you were able redo the registering completely? Start all over again?

My only guess is that you have to contact SE >_<; I know this is frustrating but they might be able to roll back the process you've made!

Not sure about that Selsix, if you've noticed my reply #24 you'll see that the Alt. that was mentioned in the picture was already deleted during Phase 4. So the issue most likely with the client or the server that FFXIV connected too (w/e)
