Actually the Game Pad(Controller) is simple for me to scroll through Target. Up and Down on D-pad is to scroll through Party List Members. Left and Right on the D-pad is to Scroll through enemy targets. You can also go to Settings and set to Auto-Lock targeting for any enemy your Facing when using a skill. Also PS3 Players can set Vibration of controller to On or Off.
