Tank Gear - Whered you find it?

I thought it might be a good idea for everyone to post what GLA/PLD MRD/WAR gear they've come across through dungeons/Leves what have you since the game just came out and theres not much info out there. I will try and update the list as people post as often as I can.

I was trying to find out where GLA/PLD sword Flametongue came from but couldn't find it. So if anyone knows please post it.

Currently I have 6 piece /parry set from Brayfloxe's Longstop. The Cavalier set

It greatly increased my armor and vitality. For my sword im using the steel longsword from The Sunken Temple which instead of a +parry stat, it has a +crit stat.

I haven't purchased any gear what soever using seals. Jumped from Iron to Steel to this.

Best thing to do is go on xivdb.com and put in a level range (15-20 for example) and pick the rarity of the item between pink or green. Should narrow down the results well enough.

Thats an awesome site ... but it doesn't tell you WHERE to find the item. At least not that I saw

Oh, right. Well, based on the level range you should be able to assume that said gear comes from a dungeon within that level range. For example, all of the Plundered green gear can be found in the first three dungeons. The next level range up can be found in Halatali, then Totorak, so on and so forth.

Aetherial gear works the same way, with the exception of being able to find it randomly in chests that spawn during guildleves.

I believe Flametongue is from Cutter's Cry. I won it via greed on my Warrior. It's either CC or Sunken Temple.
