    I have the same issue I have a LG Oled C1 and have the same dim white circles on the screen did you find a solution to the problem?

    Depends what exactly your looking for and whats important to you.

    if your going to connect it to a pc does it have a proper PC mode (strips away all image processing) to reduce input latency / response time / flickering and visual effects on screen which if its going to be a primary display would be more important. Does it support full RGB or only limited range. this can cause color accuracy issues when displayng an image on a tv. which can also connect to Chroma sub sampling. many tvs are typically 4:2:2 but if your using it as an actual pc monitor you may want one that supports 4:4:4 if you want the best viewing experience.

    Of the 2 you listed i would lean towards the samsung. though only because i have a samsung F series myself and know they have a solid (if somewhat hidden) pc monitor mode when used with a specific HDMI input. (on mine its hdmi 3)

    on the whole though theres generally a reason people dont use tvs as monitors, they're a pita.
