1.Moon phase icon is always 2 phases ahead from ingame moon.

Just to be sure, you're not talking about the "unofficial" Windows vista/7 gadget that Zam released? Because that is definitely out of sync. Id wager it is because the gadget keeps cycling moon phases, even though the official moon "pauses" its progression cycles when maintenance is going on.
