Just like Lolo I'm looking to jump servers when transfers happen to find a FC so I can avoid PUG headaches I've been getting lately. (Rage quits after a wipe, AFKers, etc. tec.) And I'm looking for something along your lines to. Determined, but not full blown obsessed. ANyway I browsed your site and I didn't see much info so I thought I'd fire a few questions off at you if you don't mind.

1. What are your usual times? Please specify time zone to.
2. How do you react to members that are behind on content? For example, the only thing I've done that can be considered endgame in XIV is Ifrit.
3. Are you looking for any specific classes?
4. Do you use any voice communication programs? (Vent, Mumble, TeamSpeak)

Sorry about that, and I'm glad we managed to get you at least into the LS for the time being! I'm still having weird DNS issues so I might have to check through the applications at work tomorrow during my break time. Welcome aboard all the same! Between all four officers only two of us have a set schedule of work Mon-Fri. I get home as early as 4~5pm Eastern, and Refyll gets home around 6~7pm Eastern.

A friend and I are looking to hop servers for raiding when transfers open up, and "casual hardcore" is just the model that we like. I'm a dragoon working on darklight and saving up tomes for my relic weapon (done with primal HMs), and he's a coil-ready paladin.

What time do you generally run dungeons/primals/etc? We're PST and can't be on until 6ish our time.

Our event time is 8pm~11pm Eastern, which is 5pm~8pm Pacific. You'd clip a little bit into event times, but with how we handle events I'm sure we can work to accommodate that. If there are uneven numbers people are always going to do other things to progress their characters, and naturally VoIP is open to hang out in for LS/FC members.

I'm always happy to answer some questions, never feel like you nor anyone else can't. Answering them is part of my responsibility, after all. I completely hear you on PUG luck... I try very hard often outside of event times to polish my character to never hold us back, yet I sometimes find groups that make my faith in humanity plummet. It's fortunate that we're building such an awesome family here because their radiance sheds that doubt completely away.

1) 8pm~11pm Eastern, daily. Only three events per week are mandatory, and they can be any of your choosing as a member of the FC. Events are never mandatory for strictly LS members, though.

2) We help them catch up, either on or off-event hours. There's zero reason that people can't be allowed to enjoy content just because they don't have the same play time to invest, or have other priorities in life. Helping out friends, to us, is more rewarding than getting another token item towards a step up in content.

3) Right now we're looking for a mix of everything, because a lot of the folk we've been getting here recently are awesome and have that mix of everything or at least two good different roles. As we gear up over content too we're growing more courageous to try out different grouping setups, and honestly if we ever have "too much" of something that just means we can make more active groups per night for content. The more people participating, the better! ^_^

4) While the officers all have Skype, and we recommend adding us to all members that pass one of our two methods of application, our primary form of VoIP communication is a TeamSpeak3 server that I host.

Thanks for the info! We're actually in AZ, which doesn't do DST, so we're currently on PST and we'll "switch" to Mountain Time in November, so no worries there.

Should we put in an app on the site now? Hyperion is full and we can't roll toons to talk to anybody at the moment, but we can definitely chat on Skype or Teamspeak.

Y'all can definitely register on the site and post around, feel free to get to know people. From there it'll be easier to pass along TeamSpeak information, too!

As promised, the Titan HM clear screenshot. You'd be surprised how difficult it is getting a lot of people excited about relics to stick around for a picture sometimes. ;P

We've so far completed seven completely in-house, and have many more on the way (as well as quite a few who completed theirs outside). There's just that radiant beam feeling of seeing people who joined your group as a lv1 earn their relic with the same bunch of friends they've grown up with. I'm super proud of everyone, and couldn't be happier to be a part of this family.

At peak days/hours, enough for two full parties of eight. We always have more than a party of eight during events though, so people are free to run AK/WP/etc. if they have to sit out for someone to fill their spot or what-have-you.

Right. ^^ At our current rate of growth and stability we should be plenty fine for 2.1 and Crystal Tower. I'm sitting in TeamSpeak with now with Teras Elexion and we're recognizing your name, but that's another story. :3
