Finnish Linkshell and Free Company

Hello!

An active group of Finnish players has gathered on Ragnarok. We're looking at a fair number of experienced players who have played since the original launch in 2010, as well as completely new players who started their very first character.

We have formed a social Linkshell (= a chat channel) dedicated to players who are fluent in Finnish language. While there isn't technically any requirements (aside from understanding finnish) to join, please keep in mind that continous disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

We've also formed a Free Company (= a guild), where we concentrate on various group-related activities together in selected numbers. We have our own VoIP and we're looking for active Finns to join us in static, pre-made groups in order to clear the endgame.

Prior to patch 2.2 we had to set certain limitations on how many members we can recruit depending on their history, preferred class and mmo experience, due to 'reasons'. I'm now happy to announce, that after witnessing game's growth in both content and class versatility, we've decided to get rid of most of our recruitment requirements. Bear in mind, that we may need to occasionally swap roles on the fly, hence your ingame activity and personal attitude weights a lot.

For now, we have set the Free Company recruitment to 'on hold', since we have a sufficient number of players with desired classes. We also want to do our best provide everyone currently in our FC a fair and enjoyable experience. We thank everyone who has contacted us and decided to join us.

I would like to remind, that 'on hold' doesn't equal to 'full'. If you're intrested in making Finnish contacts, the Linkshell is still open to anyone willing to join. After we gear the majority of our current FC-members, we can start discussing about re-recruiting able players, as well as expanding our Free Company. Linkshell will be the first channel, where we will announce this.

I'd like to announce, that we're opening our free company's doors again in patch 2.2.

As we're getting more content before everyone has had the chance to master the old one, we've decided to remove old restrictions on player levels and classes. Our biggest hinder so far has been the lack of replacement members, as some of our members have a very active social life.
