Gathering Level 50 Nodes

are those realy all of them or are there still missing ?

My list only contained the rare 1 star gathering items, there are more things like clusters and stuff that I didn't particularly feel the need to list but others have. I'm currently in the process of leveling botany between trying to help my friends get relics, so I haven't really updated the top post in awhile, but I'll get on it when I get the chance again.

When I unlocked unspoiled nodes, I was looking for a resource that showed the location of the items within the nodes. Since I couldn't find one, I've made one myself.

It's really incomplete right now, but I'm adding info as I uncover the rest of the nodes and if you bookmark the page now it'll update itself as I go. This will just save some time for people who just hit 50 botany and don't want to trial/error each unspoiled node, or just have bad memories. Enjoy! ^^

So... the harvesting classes are worthless if you have any type of work schedule. Wish that disclaimer was given when you pick the damn class up. What a waste. I will never be able to harvest Spruce for my carpenter, great design.

Those are Eorzean times where 1 day is a little longer than 1 hour earth time, so you should be okay. ^^

So when I am at work at 1pm while the spruce spawn is up, and I get home at 8:30pm, I will not see the node. How long the Eorzean day lasts is irrelevant.

May be you should take a deep breathe and think again if what Mikita posted is irrelevant or if you misunderstood the situation.

Similar to reaching high crafting stats, you really need the Luminary or level 50 main hand tool, HQ militia off hand tool, HQ AF, HQ accessories. After that a little bit of tier 1 ~ 3 materia will let you reach 580 GP. A food boost to GP will then let you reach 600 so you can activate 2 of the 300 GP skills if you need to. It would be possible to get to 600 GP through materia alone, but the cost could be prohibitive.

Don't forget a little Perception materia to hit at least 320 for a starting chance at finding HQ items out of level 50 nodes.

Of course, you don't absolutely need 600 to find HQ items out of level 50 nodes. If you know where to aim already you can bypass your Toil skill and just sacrifice the first swing to make the item reachable. So you basically get 5 attempts to get items instead of 6.
