    Is there any way to check what region you are on? Accidentally redeemed my code on http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/ when I was supposed to do it on the EU site. Geez... >.<
    If you move your mouse above the Square Enix link in the upper lefthand corner of the site, that might be an indicator. I found by reselecting the English (US) under your name in the upper righthand corner would make it NA. I tried that many times but that didn't work for me to get a correct working psn code.

I know for me, after the fact, I had moused over my profile and it said preorder.eu.finalfantasyxiv.com rather than preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com like it should have. Even though the page said my language was English(NA), it still locked my region to EU. I had to go into my profile and edit my profile's language settings to English(NA) rather than English(UK). Was very odd.
    I entered my code yesterday, and the profile sites seemed to switch between EU and NA at random. I have received now 3 emails from SE with the same 12-digit code. The first email wasn't region-specific, but the last two have come from the noreply@xmail.eu.square-enix.com address. Guess I'll just have to cancel my order on Amazon and pre-order on PSN. Seems to be the only fix.

    I saw my spam of emails yesterday from me trying get a new code. All of them are still the same EU code. i really hope this is fixed before EA

    How do I open up a support ticket w/ SE? I can't call b/c the number has a constant busy tone and their website is all over the place. I click on support on the site but can't find a tab to open up a support ticket. Can anyone help me, pretty please w/ a cherry on top?

    Well I give up. I cancelled my Amazon pre-order and I guess I'll just get it through the PS Store at some point. Seems to be the easiest way to go. Never had to go through this big of a headache just to play a damn game.

    I still haven't recived my email about it... I did however press the UK flag through the NA site to register my code... Oh well.

    I seriously don't understand why they complicated this system so much! Of all MMOS I played this is the only time I've had this kind of issues for early access.
