Ok. So I just called Gamestop and they said they could give me a brand new pre-order code and HOPEFULLY the registration/error 3 problem is fixed now. So maybe, just maybe I can get a new 12 digit code for the right region this time. Wish me luck guys.
Oh and if you ordered from Gamestop, this might be an avenue you're willing to try too. Just call them up and ask them to print out a new code. I'll update when I get back....
They sent me an email after contacting them by mail and told me that they're sorry for the pre-order code and if i pre-ordered on square-enix's shop, the codes are still being re-sent and >HOPEFULLY< i will recieve it in the next 24 hours. . . :|

I feel a little better now that I know it wasn't just me, thanks. Same thing happened at around the same time for me as well. 2 hours wait just to see "There are no agents available to chat with you right now. Please try again later." I'm now 151 in the queue after hopping immediately back on. Good times.
this is beyond cruel i was at 1 before me and it chat expired 2 hrs for nothing......
So it looks like if you go above 2 hrs it times out?
YESHHHH!!!!! I got a new code and it worked! If you bought at gamestop just go get another code and it'll work this time. So stoked...

I have been waiting for them to fix it. I finally broke and set up a chat with SE. I waited 2 and a half hours only to be told that "There are no agents currently available to talk with you. Please try again later"........Seriously? I thought that was the POINT of a que system! FFS
Now I am forced to cancel my Gamestop pre-order and buy from PSN. I can't try again because real life is getting in the way. :/

If I were to buy the normal copy off of PSN just for EA but still keep the collectors edition that has been shipped already would that work?
Wish I had got mine at Gamestop I got it thru Square Na store. I just had to have CE physical copy.... Its already shipped i can even track it lol. I'm number 203 in queue higher then I was last 2 hr wait. Wish me luck and I wish you guys/gal luck too.
