Do to our low post count lv we could only post there 3 times. I don't have a posting lv high enough to even make a thread. plus i'm trying my luck in the support chat with SE. I will update how it works out.

I hear you only get to use chat if it's a certain issue, what route did you go? I tried last night and was sent to the email form.

i tried the email b4 cause it was late at night and the chat support was off for the night. I think I went into SE account support then was able to get FFxiv support page . Then I went into promotional issue. I was able to click the live chat im currently in the Que. I could not find the phone number for support that I had used in the past. It took me while to find it so I'm not sure how i got there....
