Early Access & Account issues (PS3)

I hope this gets fixed before I make it to 50 post. I would rather have been posting about how great this is we finally here FFxiv arr ps3. Sadly it is all frustration, disappointment and feeling neglected by them not even acknowledge Ps3 Ea code error.(who bought the physical copy)

To anyone still experiencing this issue, please contact SE phone support. Make sure you get a ticket number from the online support site (yes, you will have to go through email support first and complete it until you get the ticket number.)

The phone representative was very cooperative and provided a new PSN 12 digit code.

Good luck everyone. And always be polite and patient!!! They will be just as cooperative.

I've been trying to get ahold of Square-Enix on the phone but both numbers I have give me a "This number is no longer in service" message.

Any ideas?

Edit: Nevermind, had some numbers mixed up. ^.^ Just a busy signal now.

I tried to contact Amazon to see if they would give me a new code but I haven't had any luck so far.

Come on Square Enix! Let us know what's going on with these codes please! ; ;

I tried Amazon as well, and they were very cooperative but never replied to me with an answer. I believe SE will be the way to go here. It's quick and easy solution for them it seems.

Do to our low post count lv we could only post there 3 times. I don't have a posting lv high enough to even make a thread. plus i'm trying my luck in the support chat with SE. I will update how it works out.

I hear you only get to use chat if it's a certain issue, what route did you go? I tried last night and was sent to the email form.
