Not sure if this was what you were doing but if you were continually putting in wrong ps3 redemption codes, Sony will lock you out 24 hours from inputting codes. Something around like 20 failed code entries

I was putting in the code on my ps3 that i received from the preorder site, receiving the message "invalid code or already in use", and i have only put the code in a few times, no more then 10. I have a ticket open with SE support since yesterday morning and only about half an hour or so go they have sent an email saying they are looking at my ticket....

I created my SE members account. Entered the code, got my email and redeemed the code via PSN no problem after they fixed the site. 1 problem is the members site seems to think I am in the uk. Anyone else having this issue?

I ordered the physical PS3 CE from Amazon. I really don't want to cancel just to get EA. I can wait a few extra days if it means I get my pretty artwork
Hopefully they'll get to my ticket in time though. I'm not getting my hopes up, however.

I not had one problem with SE in all these years haveing a SE account with them from FFXI beta then FFXIV 1.0 till 2.0 I'm in the eu got my correct code as I pre ordered CE from my local game store and had no problems maybe SE favor loyal customers over them that bitch about stuff all the time or maybe you all never checked the info you had for registering your EA codes for your region if that is EU/NA mainly comes down to user error at the end of the day.

Had my SE Na account since ps2 launch of ffxi this is the 1st time I ever had issue with SE. I used the link from the email from SE to register my code. I don't see where I did something wrong my account had always been an NA account. The issue is on their end. I'm glad it worked for you but not everyone been so lucky.I not had one problem with SE in all these years haveing a SE account with them from FFXI beta then FFXIV 1.0 till 2.0 I'm in the eu got my correct code as I pre ordered CE from my local game store and had no problems maybe SE favor loyal customers over them that bitch about stuff all the time or maybe you all never checked the info you had for registering your EA codes for your region if that is EU/NA mainly comes down to user error at the end of the day.

Well, lucky you. Since SE is confirming via phone support now that it's a known issue that they sent many NA PS3 customers the wrong code, I highly doubt your "user error" claim.I not had one problem with SE in all these years haveing a SE account with them from FFXI beta then FFXIV 1.0 till 2.0 I'm in the eu got my correct code as I pre ordered CE from my local game store and had no problems maybe SE favor loyal customers over them that bitch about stuff all the time or maybe you all never checked the info you had for registering your EA codes for your region if that is EU/NA mainly comes down to user error at the end of the day.

Punctuation!I not had one problem with SE in all these years haveing a SE account with them from FFXI beta then FFXIV 1.0 till 2.0 I'm in the eu got my correct code as I pre ordered CE from my local game store and had no problems maybe SE favor loyal customers over them that bitch about stuff all the time or maybe you all never checked the info you had for registering your EA codes for your region if that is EU/NA mainly comes down to user error at the end of the day.
No, the issues are only for NA. Has nothing to do with following any sort of info. There was quite a few lines of bad script on that pre-order Site. So, despite people using the correct NA site with their NA SE accounts, the Web site's bad scripting caused people's accounts to switch to EU without them knowing. It's entirely the company that hosted the site's fault (which is actually not SE).
I cant believe is already the 22nd and still no word on how to fix this issue im still stuck with an EU code for my ps3 and everytime I go to my setting in SE site language is set to English (uk ), no matter how many times I fix it and save it it keep taking me to EU site grrrrrrrrr >![]()
