If you think of any premier gaming company they all have one thing in common: good customer service. Valve, Blizzard, Riot, etc. All of those customers have good interaction with fans and good customer service. If this terrible service continues, there will not be many subscriptions from NA users.

I finally got through on the phone (past the busy signal) and after staying on hold for 1 hour the call randomly disconnected before I talked to anyone.
