yep just happened to me too. Said f#@! it canceled my amazon preorder. Ordered it again got a new code. put it in site with 0 problems and I am currently downloading the game. NA ps3 early access as been achieved. D#@! move yes but maybe SE will care more when amazon starts bugging them why ppl are re ordering.

Amazon got a huge batch of pre-order codes from SE and tomorrow is launch so I doubt they are sweating it. When the codes run out, they run out. Beside this is good business for Amazon. They showing you they the kings of customer treatment. Aren't you more likely to buy from them in the future? Win for Amazon. Failure for SE.

Just confirming that this worked for me too, after some hours on queue, a SE agent came and gave me a new correct code during the live chat a few minutes ago. So if you guys are trying to use the live chat, try Amaya's setup:

SE FFXIV support page > Registering codes > Additional assistance > Products & services > Promotional
