i tried the email b4 cause it was late at night and the chat support was off for the night. I think I went into SE account support then was able to get FFxiv support page . Then I went into promotional issue. I was able to click the live chat im currently in the Que. I could not find the phone number for support that I had used in the past. It took me while to find it so I'm not sure how i got there....

I ended up going to the original FFXIV's page and the chat link was still available, about a half hour and I should be able to talk to someone.

That sucks. Did you get an EU PC code or NA pc code?
I've currently got 2 EU PS3 codes that i currently cannot use.

How do you know if you got a EU or NA amazon code. Mine is 18 digits long.
