Yeah everyone here including myself have been saying it still doesn't work for the past 2 pages

Well you don't request a new code from amazon. You just pre-order a new PHYSICAL copy (PS3 or PC don't matter) and then cancel it. Unethical and I somewhat feel bad for Amazon. But they the one solution for most of you guys problems. Just be sure to buy something from them as thanks in the future for being your savior.

I ended up getting cancelled as well... so I just went to Gamestop and they printed me a backup code. I think it would only work if you preordered from there.

lol yeah If pre-ordered from SE sites your pretty much stuck.. those might give that amazon thing a try lol xD

Yep! I just completed my second round through the chat queue to get the same message... again. Talk about a farce! Before, I thought SE was simply woefully unprepared. Now I'm beginning to believe we are being actively trolled.

we had this problem yesterday and after getting no response we went on amazon and preorder and they send you a promo code right after then redeem the code and cancel the preorder now in EA

yep just happened to me too. Said f#@! it canceled my amazon preorder. Ordered it again got a new code. put it in site with 0 problems and I am currently downloading the game. NA ps3 early access as been achieved. D#@! move yes but maybe SE will care more when amazon starts bugging them why ppl are re ordering.
