How do SE not understand that it has nothing to do with being able to redeem your preorder code, it's that the 20 digit access codes being emailed are from the wrong damn region. All of their recent "fixes" to this issue make it seem like they think the problem is people can't get their preorder codes entered, and it appears they have no clue about the region error.

I feel for everyone still having this problem, this is such shitty CS.

I had this problem, so i just ordered a new game from amazon to get a new promo code and cancelled my order. The new codes work just fine.

yup same here ps3 invalid and got cut off chat after 2hrs saying no agents available and I was in queue spot 2 ;( plus still on phone been 1hr 45min still waiting /sigh :9

I also had this problem, NA PS3 user here, got a bad 12 digit code from the preorder site that wouldn't work. And no matter how many times i reset the settings to US it kept giving me the same code.

I had to get a new Promotional Code from Amazon to fix my problem. The new code went into the preorder site fine, and the EA code I received worked for my PS3. Would suggest trying to get a new code.

you have to pre-order a new game, to get the new promo code. Once you get the new promo code just cancel your pre-order that you just made. Should work fine. Try it out.

(Amazon) Customer Support is not going to help you with a promo code.

Although it didn't specify, I believe now they were just referring to PC, which I thought was fixed a day or two ago? /sigh

I was also just disconnected from chat queue after an hour + of waiting. Phone support has just been a busy signal all morning.

Edit-I know that people have been saying its not working, ive also seen another talking about it being a regional error. I dont think the invalid codes for ps3 are regional errors. Personally i think the issue is with all the congestion they managed to give people duplicate codes or just broken ones.
