The SQUARE ENIX Support Center is scheduled to be open this weekend during standard business hours for Early Access players. During this time, players can submit an email ticket after searching our Knowledge Base to reach a representative. Though we are anticipating a large ticket volume, we will make every attempt to assist everyone as fast as possible.

Still haven't gotten anything from Square Enix via email or PSN...bought my digital CE on the PSN store tuesday the 13th. Every time I try to log in from the launcher it says "No valid or active account is available to play Final Fantasy xiv A realm reborn." When I check the SE Account management site, it shkws ffxiv as a registered service...idgi.
