    I was one of the ones affected by the character creation screen would not let me use what I created in the benchmark program. FFXIV1 , FFXIV2, & FFXIV3 were all affected. How so we go about submitting this for the One time appearance change referenced above comment @Wyuli.?

    Edit: Exactly. I was the one mostly affected in my house by the cannot import character data. I was able to use new character and import data on a mule of mine but not my legacy character. Seeing as I am using a female avatar Lord Rulkar does not seem appropriate. I guess they will open up a support ticket system in the future for this issue.
