For non-legacy,non-CE players, (just Standard edition). You should receive an email in your PSN mail-box. Click the attachment and it will take you to the PSN store, with a screen asking for a code(should have the code in the line already), this will bring you to another screen showing the game for free. click the download all and game should begin downloading.

Mines at 30% now, but won't be able to check to see if everything is fixed until later today.

While using my PS3...(Had to get a 2nd one..apparantly the 1st one cause I used it awhile ago SE isn't gonna send it to me -_-") But I was a 1.0 user and I'm surprised I haven't gotten a code for EA for my PC. Hoping that changes...

I'm having this same issue with a PC 1.0 Collecter's Edition account. I played in all 4 beta tests and even had a Legacy character transferred in from 1.0, however I apparently still have no service account. I was informed that we with 1.0 accounts would not have to re-purchase the game, however that seems to be the only way to gain access at the moment.

Same problem here... i was part of phase 4 beta and pre-ordered my digital version on the 14th and ive been trying to log in the game and i get that message... that i dont have a valid account...

There are some with 1.0 characters online... i talked to them... but it seems like an awful lot of 1.0 accounts. were not transfered to 2.0... (purely speculation at the moment) if that is the case than it comes to how long til you can play... im 1.0 CE.. beta tested 1.0 and all 2.0 even have legacy status and yet i cant get on either.

Well, there is a difference between a 1.0 account and a Legacy account... you only get the Legacy access if you paid for the last 3 months of Subscription for 1.0. If you did not do so, you have no Early Access and will need to repurchase the game for Early Access.

I'm having the same issue, but I'm not with the PS3. Purchased it back in September, registered the 6-3-6-3, received and registered the 4-4-4-4-4 code (Retrying confirms it's already been redeemed). SESMS shows I have FFXIV Service and the SE Profile claims I own FFXIV. Played in Phase 3 and Phase 4 (Including the EA in Phase 4 for previous testers). Purchased two copies, friend I gave it to registered the codes the same time I did and is able to get in; verified I didn't accidentally mix up codes.

Yeah, I have the same issue. I don't really know if this is gonna solve the problem. I just unistalled the previous P4 version and I hope this will fix the "Invalid account error"...
