The servers are down for both clients. If you look at your Square Enix account, from service history, you'll see that it isn't registered on there either. I imagine that when you log in for the first time for Early Access, your SE account will be updated with the new PS3 codes. Well, at least it did that for beta.

Well yes the servers are down, but you CAN log into your account still. It shows a greyed out play button. Many people aren't getting that far though. They are receiving "No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn. "

On my ps3 I can log in, get a 2gb update, and get to a grey play button.
On PC I get the error "No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn. " without getting any updates.

What if you get to the service selection section after you run the client and it patches and it says

OPTION "Deleted character name"

PERKS "Mog hat and sith doll"

do i select "OK" or "Create New Service" (because my main is 2 20s) i mean does it really matter? after i click the create new service the screen still says "perks sith doll mog hat early access"... so?

I'm going to assume it only showed the first character in the list. For me, it showed one of the alts I made when my main was 3102'd, and when selecting a "main" on the forum, that alt was indeed the first one in the list.

Considering that the PSN is going to be going down for maintenance soon, I would hope somebody looks into this. If the activation takes time, that's OK... but if it got "lost" somewhere between the PSN and Square's servers, it needs to be addressed sooner rather than later.

It showed my character from 1.0 JP server (Ridill) I don't use him I have a new character. I'm sure its fine on that aspect i believe these are account wide things anyway.

Big dude/problem
Il detail:

- When i check my square Enix account il found inside of FFXIV, 2 accounts:
Final Fantasy XIV 1 and Final Fantasy 2.
-----------------------------------
- Il played on version 1.0 ( no legacy ).

- Start play beta phase 3 and create 1 account ( FFXIV 2 ).

- At start of phase 4, il transfered my character character data of 1.0 into 2.0. ( and start play in ps3 and pc clients )

- Il buyed PS3 version and registered early code acces on FFXIV 2.

If possible il play the day 24 on both? ( PC and PS3 ).

Mooore ty for the answers... need real help
Idk if need buy version of PC.

ok i selected create new service and it still listed me as having the perks? should i be calling SE to correct this or?
